Travis have personally experience the challenges of a black man growing up in Milwaukee Wisconsin and was raised in 4th poorest Congressional District in the country. Snice 2000 and under Democrat leadership Milwaukee have lost thousands of Union Jobs. Those jobs was important to the middle class in Milwaukee and provide opportunity to non college bound Americans. The lost of those jobs created a economic disaster for Milwaukee County.
